My background: I earned a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Information Technology with a primary focus in Interaction Design and a secondary focus in Project Management from Arizona State University. Long before studying UX, I spent years working in customer service and retail. Those experiences taught me to pay close attention to how people make decisions, what shapes their expectations, and what turns a one-time customer into a loyal one. Interacting with people every day sparked my curiosity about human behavior and the psychology behind great experiences.
